Refund policy
At The Healing House, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help with a fair and simple return process.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at kbol.ent@gmail.com with your order details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
In cases where the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly. The Healing House does not cover return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
